Shipping
We ship worldwide and are thrilled to have our products all over the world. Since our main production office is located in the south of Sweden we are able to offer the lowest rates in this area. In the future this might change.
Sweden: The shipping rate depends on your location as well as the weight and size of your order.
Europe: If the system shows your location as eligible, Budbee rates are accurate. If budbee are not showing we will get back to you the exact shipping rate once the order has been place. We will start by charging a flat rate of 299 SEK that will be adjusted accordingly. Email shop@lostboyslab.com for a shipping rate pre quote.
Outside of Europe: Email shop@lostboyslab.com to find the best solution for you.
We use the carriers Postnord and Budbee.
All of our shipments options will provide you with a tracking number.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that there are several exceptions to this due to environmental factors. We also kindly ask you to consider the environmental impact a return shipment will mean to our Mother Nature.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/order confirmation as proof of purchase. Due to the sensitivity of 3D materials an opened 3D filament box with a broken safety seal is not eligible for a return.
All sale items, custom products, downloadable (digital) products and kits are final sale and non refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You're responsible for paying and tracking the return package.
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes sale items, 3D filament with a broken safety seal, downloadable (digital) products, kits, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) . Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the order is defective or damaged. You'll need to email us pictures and a detailed description to order@lostboyslab.com.
Please bear in mind that 3D materials are not considered defect once you've broken the safety seal on the box and started to print with it due to environmental factors such as temperatures and humidity etc. We refer to each product page for how to correctly store and use your 3D materials. If you have any additional questions you can always email us at shop@lostboyslab.com for further assistance. We'd be happy to help.
To make an exchange, use the form below at this page. You need to provide your order number and use the same email you used when placing the order. Provide us with information about which item/s you want to return and which item/s you want to instead. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You're responsible for paying and tracking the return package as well as for the new exchange shipment.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 3-5 business days upon our notification. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
B2B, VAT
If you are a registered company within EU and would like to be tax exempt you need to contact us before making the order and we will manually send you an invoice. This only applies to orders exceeding 3000 SEK/300 EUR due to administrative fees.
