At last, a recycled PETG that is matte! Sky Blue NCS S 0540-R90B is developed and manufactured in Sweden by 3D printing and material experts. It is made for end-user parts striving for a stunning matte finish and durable result. The rPETG has a UV, heat, and chemical resistance that makes it suitable for a wide range of applications. Made to work on regular FFF and FDM printers supporting 1.75mm (2.85 on request). The material is made of recycled PETG. The 3D Filament is 91% recycled and delivered on a recycled spool.

The Lostboyslab rPETg comes in two collections, Atmos and Nature, beautiful colors that are matched to the Natural Color System NCS.  All are made in Sweden in collaboration with Addnorth

It’s easy to print with, durable with excellent print and surface quality.  This rPETG is sold exclusively by lostboyslab and exhibits excellent adhesion to the printing bed, ease of printing, and superior layer adhesion. It can be printed with standard settings for PETG.

Material info 

Our rPETG is 91% recycled PETG material, where 9% is color and masterbatch. This material has been tested by the lostboyslab and is used in full production in our 3D print farm. The recycled PETG used in our rPETG is sourced in Germany, originating from traceable industrial waste and distribution waste of sheets and blister packs parts.

 Printing settings

These settings are a good steer for printing with this material across a variety of devices. Please be aware that optimum settings may vary between printers.

The use of standard PETG settings works fine, here are some more details..

Nozzle Temperature 240 C degrees +/- 10C 

Bed Temperature up to C degrees

Fan Speed, Disable fan for the first 3 layers and then run 30-50%

Retraction Speed 35-45 mm/s

Retraction Distance 1 mm
